Graphic Designer

We are partnering exclusively with our client to identify a talented Graphic Designer to support the in-house content team across various projects.

In this role, you will bring creative ideas to life, focusing 50% of your time on creative design and the other 50% on production design.

Responsibilities include :

• Delivering standout designs with impeccable layouts that align with brand guidelines
• Creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that enhance storytelling for facilitated programs
• Assisting in the creation of digital and video art assets alongside other designers and content developers
• Managing multiple design projects with precision and attention to detail
• Utilizing Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects for optimized graphic creation
• Editing videos in Adobe Premiere
• Collaborating with the creative leader, project managers, and stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Continuously seeking process improvements and adhering to organizational standards

Start Date : Early to Mid-November

Duration : 2 to 3 months with the possibility to extend

Hours : 20 hours per week with some ebb and flow

Location : Virtual

Experience Required :

• Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in layout design, motion graphics, and related fields
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A sophisticated design aesthetic that stands out
• Ability to manage multiple, complex projects efficiently
• Familiarity with eLearning and Articulate 360 is a plus but not required
• Must have a portfolio or website to showcase work
• A background check and drug screen are required for the selected consultant.

The pay range for this is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
