Position Purpose : The Director, Business Strategy Enablement will support the success of Centene's mission transforming the health of the communities we serve, one person at a time by driving strategy execution for key enterprise technology investments that support strategic goals around Experience, Clinical, and Data, Insights & Interoperability.

This role, within the Operations Strategy & Partnerships team, will play an integral role in driving the partnership across core enterprise business teams and the technology team to drive value realization from enterprise technology investments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understanding strategies and goals across all lines of business and how technology investment and innovation can enable those strategies.
• Partnering cross-functionally with Centene Operations to understand how each function will support LOB goals and where technology plays a role to support meeting those goals.
• Articulating cross-functional Centene Operations business strategy to the technology team and partnering to ensure technology investments and decisions align to business needs.
• Translating business opportunities and challenges to functional product capabilities to inform product roadmap prioritization and decisions.
• Managing day-to-day activities and operations in support of key technology initiatives defined by ELT.
• Driving alignment with key stakeholders around the investments and initiatives, outlining value and reason for change.
• Overseeing the intake process for new business cases and initiatives.
• Supporting business case development throughout the initiative lifecycle.
• Ensuring governance practices are followed, providing executive-level reporting into portfolio health and tradeoff decisions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education / Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years related experience required.
• Experience with driving strategic technology initiatives around data, interoperability, and clinical data accessibility.
• Experience with initiatives that improve the member and provider experience.
• Proven success in driving strategic initiatives forward in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership to align and execute.
• Excellent collaborator and excels at stakeholder alignment.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Demonstrated success in navigating ambiguity.
• Develop and deliver effective presentations.
• Ability to make recommendations to senior management.

Pay Range : $142,300.00 - $263,500.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
