Supply Chain Analyst
The Supply Chain Analyst serves as the primary contact for their assigned Principals and will assist our Principals, warehouses, sales, and internal departments in resolving any issues or inquiries.
The Supply Chain Analyst will successfully manage assigned Principals by consistently meeting KPI's in a manner that provides customers with industry leading service levels while providing the company with an appropriate return on investment dollars.
The Supply Chain Analyst will also partner with other team members to explore opportunities for process improvements while instilling the company's core values into the day-to-day operations of the department.

The position is responsible for :
- Manages Principals assigned and completely understands the rules, product attributes, Principal contacts, and major customers.
- Successfully manages assigned Principals keeping inventory turns, service levels, and slow-moving stock within set KPI's.
- Runs analysis, as necessary, to confirm stocking locations and minimum order quantities are still appropriate.
- Updates forecasts monthly and proactively reaches out to sales on increasing / decreasing customer demand.
- Develops and utilizes sales models for "A" COGS items.
- Ensures Principal Playbooks are accurate.
- Submits Principal expectations and On Time In Full revision summary monthly.
- Ensures reorder reports are updated monthly which includes moving demand to proper locations, updating lead times, and deleting irrelevant comments.
- Follows up on "C" item over order report and expired stock report consistently.
- Resolves conflicts by assisting team, warehouses, Principals, sales, and internal departments.
- Assists other members of the team, as needed, to achieve department goals.
- Develops and completes projects to improve processes and procedures as part of 90-day action items and submit updates weekly.
- Understands how job responsibilities affects other departments and how role affects the success of the company.
- Participates in ongoing education to improve personal and job skills which includes attending monthly APICS meeting, webinars, cross training, etc.
- Attends and participates in department meetings and joint customer service meetings.
- Participates in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participates in annual physical inventories at warehouses, as needed.
- Completes necessary support work, as assigned.

Required Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
- Proficiency in Excel
Preferred Education and Experience :
- Master's degree.
- Lean or Six Sigma experience.
- Customer service experience.
- Member of APICS or ISM.
- APICS Certification.
- ERP Systems experience.
- Professional Supply Chain experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace Industries.
