Job Description :
Augustana College, Rock Island, Illinois, invites applications for a one-year adjunct position teaching applied voice (tenor, baritone, or bass preferred), beginning in August of the 2024-25 academic year.
We require no research or campus service in this position. Adjunct faculty are welcome to be involved in the life of the department and college beyond their teaching.
All faculty at Augustana are invited to engage in professional development and mentoring opportunities consistent with their needs throughout their appointment at the college.
Requirements :
Successful candidates will hold (at minimum) a masters degree in vocal performance or a related field, and be able to demonstrate outstanding teaching of undergraduate students of all levels.
