About the Role :

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Digital & Consumer Technology team as a Business Systems Analyst based in Shelton, CT.

The Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting our Digital & Consumer Technology's Automation & Configuration (DAC) initiatives across the globe.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather Offer Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Campaign Request Forms (CRF).
  • Tracking the Global Offer calendar under DAC PM guidance.
  • Lead requirements gathering to support Product Owners to develop on Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign PBIs.
  • Managing FSI and seasonal offer creation in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Running point to problem solve offer issues. Triaging with cross functional teams to ensure timely solutions.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Adobe Journey Optimizer / Offers and Adobe Campaign / Email communications, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with Major Incident Response (MIR) resolution.
  • Providing support to DAC Marketing Technology (MarTech) run Delivery Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Product Managers.
  • Creating and tracking QE deliverables and Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
  • Creating Azure DevOps (ADO) tickets for Loyalty Campaigns and ensuring end-to-end tracking.
  • Partnering with the DAC Project Manager to prioritize and deliver Global Offers and Email roadmap.
  • Generating activation, redemption, and other reports related to offers.
  • Coordinating with external vendors (Cashstar, SVS, Kobie) to receive analytics on offer distribution.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or Business.
  • PMI certification or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ years' experience in Business Management, Consulting, IT services, and other Technology / Engineering functions.
  • 1+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner or Project Manager
  • Passionate self-starter who thrives in the QSR / Retail CPG industry. If you're someone who stays ahead of tech trends and loves turning data into delightful solutions, this role is for you!
  • With experience working alongside offshore and onshore teams, you'll be our communication bridge. Aligning stakeholders toward common goals? Piece of cake!

  • Familiar with software development lifecycles, including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and Iterative.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Preferred experience with the following tools : Adobe suite (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics), SmartSheet, Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, Power BI.
