This position is responsible for the development, coordination and communication of short term and long range strategic real estate plans, objectives and budgets based upon over-arching organizational goals and objectives.

Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Support short term and long range real estate planning activities for Charter including analytical evaluation of the portfolioProactively identify strategies to optimize the real estate portfolioPerform cost and feasibility analysesMonitor critical lease dates and collaborate with regional and local business leadersWork in the collaboration with the Director of Portfolio Planning and Transaction Management to develop and execute Charter’s regional and enterprise-wide real estate solutions.

Support the Director in the development of feasibility studies, evaluation of viable alternatives and balancing business needsDevelop draft recommendations based upon regional and enterprise-wide real estate knowledge for review by the DirectorMaintain regional and enterprise wide market intelligence in order to capitalize on market opportunities as well as to react to time sensitive projects and business initiativesManage internal customer relationships to drive win-win requirementsServe as an active business partner for real estate solutions, establishing solid, effective connections within regional and corporate business groupsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills / Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishDemonstrated knowledge of real estate plans, objectives and budgetsDemonstrated knowledge of NPV and ROI analysisAbility to translate complex data into simple termsAbility to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward mannerAbility to prioritize and organize effectivelyAbility to utilize key performance indicators / metricsAbility to analyze and interpret dataAbility to develop strong working relationships with peers and project membersAbility to contribute to data-driven presentationsAbility to communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to facilitate conflict to reach consensus between conflicting partiesAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyDemonstrated communication skills to translate complex data into information for multiple audiencesRequired EducationBachelor’s in Real Estate, Business Administration or equivalent work experienceRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsReal Estate Portfolio Management 5 GFR505 2024-43020 2024Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.

00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
