The RoleSaildrone is growing and we are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will source and attract candidates across a wide array of technical and professional skills.

Reporting to the Vice President, People you will collaborate closely with hiring teams to identify talent proactively for current and future hiring needs.

You will identify, attract and engage candidates using various sources, like social media and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates for various roles and specialties
• Screen candidate resumes and job applications in partnership with hiring teams
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Schedule manager interviews
• Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Provide a positive candidate experience and ensure timely feedback to all applicants.
• Track feedback in our ATS (Jobscore)
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote and contribute to company’s reputation as a great place to workRequired skills and experience
• Sourcing talent proactively
• 3+ years of recruiting experience (in-house)
• Start up experience a must
• Must have experience recruiting for engineering roles, such as hardware (mechanical, electrical, and firmware), manufacturing and production, field engineering, product development, operations, and more
• Experience using ATS systems (JobScore preferred)
• Experience using sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with equal employment opportunity and other HR regulations
• Experience partnering with various groups within organizations (e.g., Development, Production, Operations, Engineers, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experiencePhysical Requirements : Ability to be onsite daily. Work is performed on a computer and requires ability to operate a keyboard and other peripheral devices.

Location : This position is in Alameda, CA. Our waterfront office offers beautiful views of San Francisco Bay in always sunny Alameda.
