Requirements to Apply :
- Prior customer service work experience to include prior billing / invoicing, scheduling, and working directly with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Good attendance and safety record.
- Ability to work overtime when required
Essential Responsibilities
- Prior service billing / invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred.
- Compile and maintain service reports and records.
- Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to Customers.
- Obtain PO's and close completed invoices in timely manner.
- General office duties to include filing and payables
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
