Laborer Level 1

We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our set-crew in Marysville, WA. As part of our team, you will be a key part of our building set-crew.

You will be helping with projects that range from the basic installation of relocatable classrooms to complete "turnkey" projects that include all site improvement and utility work for customer as various as office buildings, medical clinics, government services, and workforce housing.

We also set up and tear down lease office trailers. You must have physical strength, endurance, and work well with your hands and with others.

Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules, are also important.

Base pay rate of $22.50 - $24.00 per hour DOE

Approx 50% of the work will be Prevailing Wage, paying around $50 / hr.

Hours : Monday through Friday. Floating start / stop times to meet customer schedule.

Occasional out of area work locations requiring overnight stays. Saturday / overtime work may also be required.

In this role you will be responsible for :

Loading and unloading material and equipment.

Assisting with the installation of modular building and trailers.

Driving company truck to and from job site.

Moving and lifting building supplies.

Painting as directed.

Handling material, tools and supplies for crew level 2, 3, foreman and crew lead.

Keeping truck clean and washed as needed.

Keeping job site clean and organized.

Follow all company safety requirements.

Working as a team to get the job done.

Skills / Qualifications :

Experience working in construction industry a plus.

Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Ability to provide an acceptable driver’s abstract and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record per Pacific Mobile standards.

Physical Requirements :

Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment

Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 10 hours.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted.

Work outside in all weather conditions

Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day.
