As the CFO, you will be at the forefront of a thriving operation, working alongside a passionate family-owned business poised for explosive growth.
With a substantial revenue base and a dedicated workforce, this is your chance to cultivate a financial revolution.
This is expected to be on-site around Antioch, CA to start but will eventually become hybrid.
Your Mission
- Architect Fiscal Brilliance : Partner with the CEO to craft innovative financial strategies that will propel the company to the forefront of the industry.
- Master the Regulatory Landscape : Navigate the complexities of financial compliance, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve.
- Cultivate Financial Excellence : Lead and mentor a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of precision and innovation.
What We Are Looking For
- A strategic thinker with a proven track record of financial leadership
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, family-owned business environment
- Passion for growth and adaptability; experience in the cannabis industry is not required
- Certified Public Accounting license (CPA)
- Possession of a Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, Masters degree in accounting or business administration preferred
- Proven expertise in leveraging integrated systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of multifaceted organizational operations.
- A leadership approach that is innovative, collaborative, results-driven, and focused on achieving impactful outcomes.
Compensation : $180,000 to $200,000 per year, plus an incredible comprehensive benefits package, including 100% employer-paid health coverage for you and your family, and 17 days of PTO to recharge and inspire your best work.
