Chief Financial Officer Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) and Asante Ashland Community Hospital (AACH)
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ARRMC and AACH is a key executive leadership role responsible for overseeing and enhancing the financial operations and strategic initiatives of the health system.
This role encompasses management of materials, budgeting, and decision support to ensure financial efficiency, strategic growth, and sustainability.
This position is based in a healthcare setting and may require occasional travel to various locations within the health system.
The role requires the ability to work in a standard office environment, with occasional long hours and the need to meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SVP CFO to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the health system's goals and objectives
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision making
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to project the health system's performance
Qualifications Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance with at least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role within a health system or healthcare environment
- Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, materials management, and decision support
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive organizational growth and efficiency
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare finance, including regulatory and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial management software and tools
