- Closely work with external parties to understand business needs and requirements as they relate to various integrations.
- Work with technical team to design a solution that best fits business needs.
- Translate business needs into requirements for different teams to implement.
- Work with the Project Management team, Business Analyst team, Technical Leads, internal development teams and operations teams to successfully implement the requirements.
- Work with internal and external testing teams to verify the solution and obtain final signoffs.
- Coordinate delivery of final solution to production.
- Own and maintain existing integrations to support changing business requirements.
- Act as integration subject matter expert to technical teams.
- Provide guidance and make decisions on changes required throughout the design process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. Business, Finance, Math, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
Skills / Experience Required
- Previous experience in developing and / or implementing REST APIs
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to clearly communicate and share solutions with fellow team members.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization.
- Self-starter with strong analysis, communication, investigation, and problem-solving skills.
- Competent with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Competent in Jira, and Confluence desired.
- Works as an integral part of a talented, accountable, and driven team in a fast-paced, proactive environment. Comfortable with managing and prioritizing a backlog of user stories.
- Understand Agile development methodologies and planning tools to assist other business analyst with project deliverables.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments; when appropriate.
