About The Role
The Product Manager, Ecommerce, is responsible for shaping the vision, defining the roadmap and driving the execution of new product features that will drive best-in class shopping experience on Loft.com and Anntaylor.com.
We're looking for a customer-centric and data driven Product Owner to play a critical role in driving a best-in-class customer experience for our brands.
You'll be instrumental in establishing priorities and executing new products, programs, technologies, and features that will help delight our customers and meet our company's strategic goals.
This role is expected to maintain a cohesive vision with a strong customer-focus, stay informed about competitive trends, technologies, and leverage digital best practices-to drive customer engagement, conversion, and revenue.
The impact you can have
Own and optimize Ecommerce product roadmap for your funnel / domain from solution design, requirement, Implementation, measurement strategy and validation.
Deliver a product driven point of view based on data, leveraging analytics, A / B testing and an understanding of customer needs / trends, to assess current Ann Taylor and LOFT experiences.
Translate highest priority opportunities into compelling business cases that define business value and ROI.
Monitor and maximize ongoing impact and performance of initiatives against expectations with a focus on optimizing both product and processes to continually improve ROI.
Partner with Engineering, Product peers, UX Design, Merchandising and Data teams to inform and prioritize the roadmap and ensure the successful adoption of Ecommerce functionalities.
Manage expectations with cross functional business leaders-including Retail and Digital teams across markets, Customer Experience, Marketing, Creative, IT, Operations, and third party vendors-to effectively prioritize, execute and scale impactful initiatives.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs and product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications
Manage 3rd party vendors relationships and active Ecommerce programs on the site such as styling, product recommendations, and rating and reviews.
Own, develop and analyze recurring Ecommerce reporting and hind sighting for your stakeholders.
Continuously monitor competitive landscape and technology advancements to identify best practices, emerging trends, and innovation opportunities.
You’ll bring to the role
BA / BS degree in a related field of study, required
3-5 years of experience as part of a product management team in the Ecommerce digital space, with a practice of agile methodologies.
Previous retail or Ecommerce experience a must
Experience working on Ecommerce platforms such as Oracle or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Experience working with engineering partners following Agile methodologies; working in JIRA a plus
Experience managing 3rd party vendors / programs a plus
Technically fluent or highly familiar with the core systems of Ecommerce platform, API Design,
Micro Services, Caching Techniques, Attribution...
Experience with user research, A / B testing, and other techniques to validate and inspire ideas.
Ruthless prioritization strong sense of how to prioritize in a consumer space
Analytical and quantitative skills; self-proficiency in the use of analytics tools (Adobe Analytics
experience preferred)
Leadership, communication, and presentation skills : able to influence stakeholders, present
analysis, results or plans in front of a large audience
Detail-oriented with great organization and time management skills
Can identify impactful and innovative solutions to complex problems and can effortlessly
communicate it to a range of stakeholders - from engineering to non-technical executives
Eager to learn and comfortable undertaking new challenges

The target salary range for this role is : $110K - $123K.
Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.
This position works in a hybrid model, with 3-4 days per week worked in our NYC office.
