Progressions Rehabilitation provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Spinal Cord Injuries, and Neurological Disorders.
Summary : The Vocational Program Manager provides and oversees rehabilitation services to our person served to maximize independence and employability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assesses person served baselines, strengths, opportunities, and needs.
- Designs and implements an individualized vocational plan.
- Creates relationships with appropriate agencies in the community.
- Seeks consultation and technical assistance to vocational rehabilitation counseling staff and external stakeholders, and developing / coordinating special projects.
- Attends and participates in staff and team meetings.
- Collaborates and communicates with other departments.
- Ensures adherence to policies, processes, and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 2 years management experience
- Understanding of TBI and Spinal Cord injury
- Understanding of AFC regulations
- Attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize independently
- The ability to multi-task and in a busy office environment
- Proficient customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- People oriented and results driven
- Must be able to pass a level II background check
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to operate computers and other office machinery
- Ability to move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to Travel 10%
