Job Summary
This position is responsible for creating, developing and maintaining anatomical pathology material to increase and improve the existing collection of pathology gross and microscopic specimens in the College of Veterinary Medicine.
These positions require dedication, self-motivation to study and to look for resources (assistance will be provided by Pathology Faculty) and skills to dissect.

Required Qualifications EDUCATION : A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge in anatomy and histology of various species is highly recommended.
Veterinary students are preferred. Percentage Of Time 15 Job Duty - Prepare gross specimens to be used as material for laboratory activities that will support the discipline of anatomic pathology.
Percentage Of Time 15 Job Duty - Develop interactive activities designed by the pathologists based on the learning issues and learning objectives of each PBL case.
Percentage Of Time 15 Job Duty - Take pictures of gross specimens and histopathology slides to support the pathology laboratories.
Percentage Of Time 15 Job Duty - Identify and organize cases from our files, the CL Davis Foundation or Armed Forced Institute of Pathology collections.
