Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Chatsworth, CA .
Here's what you'd do :
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will support purchasing materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to support the company's strategic plan.
The continuous and intermittent functions that are conducted relate to the specialties of the unit. Tasks may involve complex documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations, as well as completing specialty-specific templates and forms.
Principals provide the most substance for such materials, but the incumbent must compose relatively common and straightforward correspondence items and insert standardized elements into specified formats.
Reconcile the weekly RFQs. Present completed RFQ packages to Buyer / Planner. Open Purchase Order follow-ups include reporting, filing, and cadence calls.
Defense Priorities & Allocations System (DPAS) Acknowledgment, updating rating to PO lines, and notifying suppliers. Assist with resolving AP payments, receiving, wrong addresses, and pricing issues.
Review and maintain Outlook folders. Trade Secret compliance. Inspection support. New supplier request on-boarding and maintaining existing supplier accounts.
Interpersonal relations. A wide range of automated office and information technology-based equipment is needed.

Pay : $26 / hr.
Hours : 40 hours / week (1st Shift).

Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
- Associate Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of SAP experience.
- At least 1 year of recent clerical / administrative experience in the Supply chain of manufacturing and engineering.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Familiar with administrative conventions and practices for the specialties.
- Basic office skills.
- Ability to speak to T codes.
- As office equipment technology and software evolve, the incumbent is expected to remain proficient with advances up to the level of service described for this position.
