Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner
Location : Near the Des Plaines, IL Area - Hybrid
Are you a dynamic and experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual and drive the recruitment efforts for a leading global company.
This role will be based out of the Des Plaines IL area for this hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5-10 years of proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner, preferably within the manufacturing or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
