The Opportunity

As the Proposal Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to :

• Coordinate and handle the less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs
• Contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy
• Tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter
• Run queries and be adept at using PEL, PW
• Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs
• Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements
• Familiar / usability with InDesign and PowerPoint

The Team

Black & Veatch's Business Enablement consists of critical groups that help enable the organization\'s people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.

Bachelor\'s degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.
