Primary Responsibilities Collaborate within a cross-functional team to cultivate and strengthen trusted client partnerships, fostering business growth and advising on strategic decisions regarding their digital presence.

Leverage client-facing communication skills to engage stakeholders, assess current challenges, and recommend solutions aligned with client’s overall business objectives.

Harness data analytics to extract actionable insights, driving data-driven recommendations for enhancing marketing performance and maximizing ROI.

Engage in collaborative brainstorming sessions with fellow consultants to identify core issues and offer data-backed solutions to address client’s problems.

Skillfully convey findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Innovatively organize and clarify client requirements, design learning plans, and identify optimal resources for plan execution.

Support the implementation of recommended solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Identify opportunities for streamlining work processes and introduce innovative methods for completing project scopes.

Deliver ongoing training and support to empower clients' internal teams in effectively utilizing MarTech tools and platforms.

Establish tracking mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of MarTech solutions, enabling continuous improvements.

Proactively seek growth opportunities and add value to both clients and internal partners. Dedicate time to expand consulting skills and professional development through training, mentorship, and daily client interactions.

Work with clients to develop data-driven MarTech strategies and roadmaps that align with their marketing and business objectives.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of our clients' existing MarTech infrastructure, tools, and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Oversee the seamless integration of chosen MarTech solutions into clients' existing systems, ensuring optimal data flow and system operation.

Integrate web and mobile analytics, conduct data audits, perform quality assurance testing, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Utilize Tag Management Systems and MarTech platforms, including Adobe Launch, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, GA4, various Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and CRM systems.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Behavioral Economics, Psychology, Analytics, etc.

4-6+ years of demonstrated consulting experience, applying technical solutions to solve client problems. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems.

Certifications in MarTech platforms and tools are a plus. Experience in understanding and addressing real business challenges.

Ability to align methodologies and data sources with business needs, client requirements, and research questions. Proven experience in influencing stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and on a team to provide valuable insights and solutions to clients and the organization. Strong client management, time management, and organizational skills.

Project management experience, ability to work on multiple clients and projects concurrently. Adept at data analysis, with a curious, self-driven, and analytical mindset.

Exceptional flexibility and collaboration skills for navigating complex, fast-paced situations. Demonstrated ability to translate business challenges into value-added solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with the ability to work without visa sponsorship. Willingness to complete the rigorous application and investigation process for obtaining and maintaining Federal security clearance, emphasizing a commitment to handling sensitive and classified information.

Deep knowledge of marketing technology solutions, including marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and customer data platforms.

Proven knowledge of JavaScript and a strong understanding of popular libraries and frameworks. Demonstrated interest and expertise in digital experience optimization, data analysis, and MarTech solutions.

Proven experience working collaboratively with teams to implement end-to-end data products and solutions. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 24 different states and 3 countries internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore.

However, due to the nature of our consulting agency, you must remain in the same state / time zone and digital nomads will not be considered.

Travel up to 5% for business purposes, determined by client requests or industry events. You Will Work With Consulting Leaders, Cross-functional Consultants, Project Managers, Relationship Management and other subject matter experts Compensation & Benefits Salary Range : $90,000 - $110,000 USD annually DOE We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a supportive, challenging, and fun work environment to ensure teamwork, productivity, and teammate happiness.
