Job Description : A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory.

• Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition;
• equipping Christian's with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations;

importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.

The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall.

The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
• Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
• Passion for conservative politics
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and goal oriented
• Self starter and self motivated
• Punctual and very responsive
• Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
