Responsibilities :

We are now hiring a Director of Business Development at Sea Grove Recovery, a new facility opening in 2025!

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment.

Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available.

The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs.

In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder.

The Director of Business Development oversees the sales, marketing, and customer service activities. This position is responsible for the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand / image, maintaining an active and productive working relationship with community partners and referral sources, as well as internal partners and team members.

The DBD is a member of the facility management team and actively involved in discussion related to a wide variety of facility strategic planning, potential growth opportunities, future projects, changes in programming, recruitment and retention.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in related field required. A Master's Degree is preferred. 5-8 years of related experience is required.
