DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers for Landscaping Contractors.
As a family-owned staffing company, we take pride in finding quality employment candidates like you and matching their talents to our clients' needs.
In this role, you will work with our landscaping contractors to assist with a variety of outdoor tasks, such as mowing lawns, planting flowers, trimming hedges, and maintaining landscapes.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for outdoor work, are dependable, able to follow instructions, and work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with mowing lawns, planting flowers, trimming hedges, and maintaining landscapes
- Operate landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Perform general landscaping tasks as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors for extended periods
- Willingness to follow instructions and learn new landscaping techniques
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
