As a Full-Time Clinic Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our cherished residents receive unparalleled care.

Salary : $20-$23 hourly

Your Role :

As a valued member of our team, you'll be entrusted with vital responsibilities that contribute to our commitment to quality care.

Your role will involve :

• Schedules and registers outpatient clinic visits for residents of the facility.
• Coordinates in-house consultations.
• Arranges transportation to and from appointments.
• Obtain insurance information.
• Answers phones and assists with the daily operation of the units / clinic appointments.
• Practices exceptional customer service and professionalism.
• Responsible for ensuring that documentation is prepared prior to residents clinic.
• Write consult form and prepare envelopes for Unit Clerk .
• Make written or oral reports and recommendations to the DON concerning scheduling issues.
• Review complaints and grievances pertinent to scheduling and staffing. Make necessary oral or written reports to the DON.
• Notifies DNS of insurance issues, concerns, etc.
• Notifies nurse manager if documentation from nursing is incomplete and requires additional information.
• Oversees / supervises Clinic Aides, prepare schedules, obtain needed staffing, communicates with DNS any issues or concerns she has regarding Clinic Aide performance, etc.
• Must adhere to all HIPAA requirements.

Requirements :

A minimum of 1-year hands-on experience in a Skilled Nursing facility, demonstrating your understanding of the unique demands and rewards of this environment.
