Please note that we are open to considering qualified Office Administrators with past billing experience who can grow into into an Office Manager with our team!

Job Title : Office Manager Neurology Practice

Location : Onsite, 5 days a week (Zip : 90025)

Hours : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM (Lunch : 12 : 15 PM 12 : 45 PM)

What You’ll Do :

  • Administrative Support (80%) : Keep our office running smoothly with efficient workflows and stellar organization.
  • Office Management (10%) : Lead our in-house team and collaborate with virtual assistants to optimize our operations.
  • Patient Interaction (10%) : Engage directly with patients through infusions, blood draws, and vital checks, making a real difference in their care.

Who You Are :

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred; a High School diploma with relevant experience is also welcome.
  • Background in Medical Assistance, Phlebotomy, or healthcare preferred but not required.
  • Must have medical billing experience.
  • Comfortable with EMR systems Practice Fusion experience is a bonus!
  • Previous experience running a small office is essential. Experience providing administrative support will be considered.
