SignScapes is in need of a Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence.
The Project Coordinator is also detail oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment and able to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Project Coordinator is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius and, most importantly, have fun!
Minimum job responsibilities
- Assume end-to-end project management of various types of commercial signage projects
- Quoting and estimating projects in conjunction with sales and design team
- Leads projects with a passion, able to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Extremely detail orientated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consult / interface with customers and answer phones
- Developing and maintaining project schedules, providing transparency to the company on project status and escalating issues as they arise
- Coordinating materials and vendors for each project
- Accurately keep track of electronic and paper records related to jobs
- Resolving issues and solving problems that arise throughout the duration of the project
- Obtain required permits from cities where required
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships
- Identifying and developing solutions for process improvement
- Assess the work of contractors / installers to ensure project expectations are fulfilled
Minimum qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a relative field
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Enjoying what you do
Additional preferred qualifications
Sign industry knowledge a plus but not required
