Litigation (Construction) Associate CA
Position Summary :
Seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of construction litigation experience for its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco, CA.
This is a full-time, direct hire, HYBRID opportunity!
Minimum Requirements :
- 4-6 years of construction litigation experience.
- Trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is preferred.
- Successful candidates must have excellent analytical skills and be detail-oriented, highly organized, and must possess a solid work ethic.
- Experience with insurance defense processes is considered a plus.
- All candidates must have a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Must be currently licensed to practice law in California.
- Will need to provide transcript and writing sample. (A cover letter is also preferred but not required.)
