The Team You’ll Join

Joining our team as a Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Large Language Models means becoming an integral part of a dynamic group committed to innovation and excellence.

You'll work alongside passionate professionals who are not only experts in their fields but are also eager to share knowledge.

This will be our first LLM focused engineer, so you’ll play a vital role in the future success of our product.

The Impact You’ll Make

• Customize, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models for a variety of applications, ensuring models meet specific performance and accuracy criteria.
• Lead the deployment of LLM-based solutions into production, ensuring robustness, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implement comprehensive testing and evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with product managers and data engineers to integrate LLMs into our product offerings, addressing technical challenges and ensuring seamless implementation.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and LLM technologies, exploring new tools, techniques, and methodologies to maintain and enhance our competitive edge.
• Create detailed documentation on model development processes, deployment strategies, and usage guidelines for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Background, Perspective, And Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience working with machine learning models, including significant hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., GPT, BERT) and familiarity with NLP techniques and RAG.
• Strong experience in deploying and managing AI models in production environments, including knowledge of cloud services.
