The Domestic Wires Product Manager will lead one or more cross-functional teams to drive stability and security, new enhancements, and evolution of the Wire Transfer Product to deliver operational efficiencies, improve client and associate experience, and support regulatory compliance.
The product manager will partner closely with the Money Movement Product team to understand client and associate needs in order to set the vision and strategic roadmap for U.
S. domestic wire service. He / she will plan and prioritize the Epic and Feature level roadmap and partner with upstream and downstream teams to prioritize end-to-end delivery.
The product manager will work with Technology and Architecture, Risk, Finance, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure a low risk and compliant environment and drive remediations and bug fixes.
Responsibilities
This is a remote / hybrid role that may be hired in several markets across the United States
Essential Functions
As an agile Product Owner, lead an agile product development team to deliver new enhancements and required maintenance on the wire execution system and its related platforms.
Partner with technology and architecture to create and maintain Epics and Features to drive prioritization and delivery decisions.
Research and understand trends in payments arena to incorporate new capabilities and offer an efficient client and associate experience.
Partner with Risk and Compliance to satisfy tasks, audits and assessments required by a LFI as determined by Enterprise policies and procedures.
As the Business Owner for the relationship with the WireSystem vendor, serve as primary POC.
Knowledge
- Money Movement products, including U.S. Domestic clearing and settlement systems, particularly high-value, electronic via Fedwire and CHIPS

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications :
- BA Degree or HS or (GED with an additional 4 years experience in a financial institution)
- 5+ years experience in Banking or Financial Services
- 5+ years experience leading product development team
Preferred Qulaifications :
If hired in CA, the base pay for this position is generally between $160,115.00- $240,173.00 If hired in UT or AZ the base pay for this position is generallybetween $128,092- $192,138.
00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
