Job Description

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities
• Help coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment deliveries
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations
• Monitor work progress and assist in maintaining the project schedule
• Conduct site walks and inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation
• Assist with problem-solving and resolving field-related issues
• Foster clear communication between field teams, project management, and subcontractors
