We seek a
Per Diem Pharmacist
to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Please note Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis.

Hours of pharmacy :
Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 PM. Candidates must have some availability during that time.
Location : Terre Haute, IN
Primary Responsibilities :
Distribute drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners
Provide information to customers about medications and their use
Solid focus on providing a superior level of customer service?
Log data into the computer
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy
Administration of immunizations as allowed by state boards of pharmacy
Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties
Youll

Required Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy?or PharmD
Current pharmacists license in the state of Indiana
Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire
