We areseeking a ServiceNow Application Developer tosupport maintain and enhance its ServiceNow platform which isinstrumental in executing managing and maintaining businessfunctions.
What YoullDo
Provide functionaland technical support for the clients ServiceNowplatform
- Conduct daytodayoperational and maintenanceactivities
- Address and resolveissues involving defects bugs anderrors
- Engage in businessanalysis and requirements gathering forenhancements
- Execute both plannedand urgent enhancement work within tightdeadlines
- Perform standardplatform / system administration tasks including user group and rolerecord management system access auditing and documentationauthoring
- Support thedevelopment and maintenance of ServiceNow modules such as ITSMSecurity Operations Strategic Portfolio Management ITOM and ITAsset Management
- Integrate ServiceNowwith thirdparty systems from vendors including Microsoft DellAbsolute Broadcom andOracle
What YoullNeed
Required :
35 years ofexperience in ServiceNow development andadministration
- Proficient inServiceNow platform administration including auditing and updateset migration
- Skilled in developingand maintaining various ServiceNow modules and in creatingworkflows forms and managing CMDBdata
- Capable ofintegrating ServiceNow with various thirdpartysystems
- Strong problemsolvingand communication skills with the ability to manage projectsefficiently and deliver ontime
- Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield
Preferred :
Knowledge of webdevelopment technologies (JavaScript HTMLCSS)
- Familiarity withquality assurance best practices andmethodologies
- Agile and Scrummethodology experience for iterative development anddeployment
- ServiceNow CertifiedSystem Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) or Certified Application Developer(CAD)
- Certifications inITIL or project management methodologies such as Agile orScrum
