We are hiring a customer servicerepresentative to manage customer queries and complaints. You willalso be asked to process orders modifications and escalatecomplaints across a number of communication channels.
To do well inthis role you need to be able to remain calm when customers arefrustrated and have experience working with computers.
Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities :
- Maintaining apositive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers atall times.
- Responding promptly to customerinquiries.
- Communicating with customers throughvarious channels.
- Acknowledging and resolvingcustomer complaints.
- Knowing our productsinside and out so that you can answerquestions.
- Processing orders forms applicationsand requests.
- Keeping records of customerinteractions transactions comments andcomplaints.
- Communicating and coordinating withcolleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback onthe efficiency of the customer serviceprocess.
- Managing a team of junior customerservice representatives.
- Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customersupport.
Customer ServiceRepresentative Requirements :
- Highschool diploma general education degree orequivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when customersare stressed or upset.
- Comfortable usingcomputers.
- Experience working with customersupport.
