We are expanding our operations and looking to add individuals with an aptitude for mechanical assembly and who enjoy troubleshooting in a collaborative team environment.

This is a first shift position.

What you will do :

  • Use work instructions, prints, routing, and established techniques to assemble precision parts and sub-assemblies to complete product specifications.
  • Inspect or test products throughout the assembly process. Record test results and required data.
  • Identify non-conforming work and initiate corrective action when needed.
  • Utilize manual machine shop equipment to finish or bring assemblies, parts, or spindles within tolerance.
  • Dismantle and analyze repair products for non-conforming parts and quoting of service orders.

What qualifications make a Mechanical Assembly and Repair Technician successful?

  • Experience or training on building or repairing electro-mechanical devices (auto, motorcycle, etc.)
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand complex blueprints & schematics.
  • Ability to comprehend complex mechanics and analyze technical problems.
  • Good written and oral communications ability and proficient in use of basic MS Office software.
