Apex Systems, a Global IT Services organization, is searching for a Service Delivery Manager for a large healthcare client.
This is a Full Time, Fully Remote opportunity! This role is focused on leading a team of Quality Assurance Engineers and DevOps Engineers who are embedded in Scrum teams.
Quality Assurance spans both Manual and Automated Testing, with DevOps focusing on maturity from their current state. Management will include coaching and skilling up team members, collaborating with Product and IT leaders on growth initiatives, employee work allocation, new products / value streams, and maximizing team efforts for more value.

Job Duties :
- Manage and develop a team of Quality Assurance and DevOps Engineers (3+ yrs)
- Set project schedules, design parameters, and monitoring tasks
- Translates technical roadmap into actionable plan items
- Reviews and adjusts work content and flow
- Develops and implements policies, procedures and standards for dev ops and service delivery
- Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts for dev ops and service delivery
- Provides solutions and guidance on projects and / or services within and outside the business unit
Role Requirements :
- Strong background in ServiceNow based products
- Management experience (3 yrs+) of Quality Assurance and / or DevOps Engineers
- Experienced in SAFe environments with understanding of how to manage resources allocated to varies Scrum Teams or Value Streams
- Knows how to understand and maximize individual team member’s skillsets, and align them based on outcomes required by business needs and Scrum Team synergy
- Comfortable in technology road-mapping as well as presenting to leadership
