Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation delivery and coordination of Global Account Customers during pre-sales, contract negotiation, project and service delivery
- Primary point of contact for customer for global matters and coordinating within the Global Accounts PMO and with internal GBE stakeholders
- Work alongside Global Accounts Sales Team to fulfil customer needs
- Advocate for the global customer to ensure consistent and standardized customer experience
- Coordinate across global locations for the customer and internal Honeywell teams
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years experience within the building construction industry including project / program management
- Ability to travel 25-35%

- Global customer experience with cross collaborative teams across continents
- Experience dealing with Contractors, Channel Partners
- Sales or Sales support experience.
- Technical knowledge of product, solutions and offerings at a High Level (including all Honeywell Offerings).
- Knowledge of Honeywell processes, tools, organization structure desirable
- Standard Implementation Process & Methodology experience. Developing Global Playbook & refining based on actual execution
- Strong influencing, communication & coordination skills
- Experience with collaboration across global business teams / organizations
- Experience with Project Planning tools such Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Cora PPM
