Key Responsibilities

Provides exceptional HR support to employees

Respond to HR-related inquiries via phone, email, chat, and drop-ins, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions

Manage and resolve cases related to employee records, basic benefits, payroll, and other HR functions

Escalate complex issues to appropriate HR COE's or managers as necessary

Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery

Support learning operations, including but not limited to, coordination with trainers, managing training schedules, and setting up of classrooms

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in an HR shared services environment, call center, or similar role

Proficiency in using ServiceNow and Workday

Strong verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail and strong problem solving skills

Willingness to work an early morning shift starting at 5 : 00am

U.S. Salary Range : $19.00 - $26.40

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.

In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
