Experienced Automotive Technician (Unlimited Earning Potential)

Focus :
- Perform diagnostics, inspections, routine maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding repair status, timelines, and necessary maintenance
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Use diagnostic tools, equipment, and software to aid in vehicle assessments and repairs.
Skill Set :
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience in automotive maintenance and repair
- Formal training in automotive mechanics (vocational school, technical training program, etc.) is a plus
- ASE Certification or willingness to obtain it (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
