Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) : Assisting Patients in Finding Hope and Healing

Position Overview : You will conduct psychosocial assessments, offer evidence-based therapy, and create tailored treatment plans in this capacity.
Your efforts will guarantee that patients get treatment that genuinely takes into account their particular circumstances.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year +full benefits
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ needs.
- Develop tailored treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy.
- Partner with other healthcare providers to ensure clients receive cohesive support.
- Help clients access community resources that enhance their quality of life.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Experience with older adults or specific client populations preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
