Midsize Defense Litigation Law Firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team in Troy, MI!
Details :
- Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000
- Practice Area Focus : Defense Litigation (Insurance, Construction, Real Estate, etc.)
- Profit Sharing Plan : employer contributes roughly 5% of the employees’ salary to a Profit-Sharing Plan each year
- Health Insurance : Firm covers the majority of the employees’ premium (family plans at an additional cost)
- Vision & Dental Insurance
- PTO : starts at 10 days and increases with tenure
- Standard U.S. Paid Holidays Off
Qualifications :
- 2+ years' experience as a Paralegal, preferably in Insurance Defense
- Strong Litigation experience
- Experience in reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records
- Strong writing skills
- Bachelors Degree, Associates Degree, and / or Paralegal Certificate strongly preferred
