Position Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Lead Developer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of GCP services and architecture.
As a Senior Java Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and implementing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Utilize GCP services and tools to build, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- E2E Solution Design skills - Prototyping, Usability testing and data visualization literacy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Experience in Spark (Scala / Python / Java) and Kafka.
