Trimmer / Assembler / Packager - 1st Shift

Description

Fluidra is seeking a Trimmer / Assembler / Packager to join the team at our . Smith office in Portland, TN.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Use hand routers, trimmers, drills, and fixtures to trim and assemble roto molded slides. Pack finished slides in boxes in preparation for shipping to customers.

Track production output, product quality, and scrapped parts, and communicate to the Roto Technicians daily. Offer recommendations to improve production processes for better time management and quality work habits

WHAT WE SEEK

• Previous experience with trimming molded plastic parts preferred
• Previous experience with operating molding equipment is desirable
• Quality control experience is desirable

EDUCATION

High school diploma or equivalent

Position starts at $18.00 / hour. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc.
