• Become a Client Champion : Develop and manage strong client relationships, acting as their trusted advisor and logistics expert.

Strategically identify new client opportunities and exceed sales targets.

• Logistics Mastermind : Stay informed on market trends and leverage your negotiation skills to secure the best rates for clients.
• Efficiency Architect : Design and implement systems and processes that streamline operations and maximize your team's success.

You're a Perfect Fit if You :

• Proven Leadership : 5+ years of leadership experience in a B2B environment, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
• Logistics Expertise : 3+ years of experience in truckload freight (dry van, reefers, flatbeds), pricing acumen, carrier sales & procurement, and customer operations.
• Communication Powerhouse : Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Organizational Guru : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and managing time effectively.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Passionate About Logistics : Possess a passion for exceeding client expectations and achieving logistics excellence.
