The Xfinity Roller Sports Arena is looking for a full-time Operations Manager to join our team. We are located at 3325 Meadow Ridge Dr.

in Colorado Springs, CO 80920.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing company with a great starting salary of $4,500 to $5,000 per month, plus a benefits program.

The Xfinity Roller Sports Arena is part of the Skate City Colorado company, and is one of the only venues in the United States dedicated exclusively to the operations of roller sports.

Currently, our Skate City Sports brand offers the following roller sports disciplines : artistic skating, speed skating, rink hockey, and inline roller hockey.

As the Operations Manager, you will work alongside each of our roller sports directors to ensure that the overall operations at the arena meet the highest quality standards for our customers and members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and efficiencies for overall business operations.
• Strengthen customer / member engagement across the entire company.
• Oversight of all hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of part-time staff members.
• Execute business operations of the venue, to include collection of registration fees, membership verifications, and league payments.
• Management of the Stallions Penalty Box bar, to include food service inventory, developing promotions and driving increased sales and traffic.
• Develop customer / member retention model and implement new programs for driving repeat business.
• Assist company executives with developing business growth strategies.
• Oversight of facility maintenance and cleaning.

Qualifications

• Ability to take ownership and responsibility of roles, develop and implement plans to improve processes and effect positive change.
• Prior experience in food-service or sport venue operations is desirable, however not required.
• Effective leadership experience with a proven history of inspiring a team members to achieve positive results.
• Strong planning, time-management, organization, and communication skills is a must.
• Willingness to learn about the roller sports industry, develop business models to drive growth.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Compensation is $28.00 - $32.00 / hour.
