Job Description Summary
The Head Coach provides leadership and direction for a competitive intercollegiate program at Henry Ford College (HFC). HFC operates its athletic program with integrity and in full compliance with institutional, conference and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) guidelines.
HFC sponsors 7 sport teams at the NJCAA Division II level and competes in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) Eastern Division.
Current sport teams are : men’s basketball, women’s basketball, baseball, softball, women’s volleyball, men’s wrestling and men’s golf.
Reports To : Athletics Director
