Commercial Cleaning Route Area Manager at Pro-Serv

Shift : Manager will need to be flexible in their time schedule, car and fuel allowances provided. Will need to be on call in case of an emergency at the buildings.

Computer knowledge is necessary. Past manager experience required. Very good communication skills and written skills essential.

Floor Care experience a plus. Bilingual is a plus. Core hours between 4pm and 12 : 30am although hours are flexible.

Salary Rate : Starts at $55K

Location : Area Manger will be traveling to all WY locations (Cheyenne,Cody, Evanston, Gillete, Jackson, Laramie, Pinedale, Riverton, Rock Springs, Sheridan, Thayne & Green River) Area Manager will be travelling at minimum 1 week per month to the varies locations.

Requirements :

• You must be 18 years old
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English
• A criminal background check is required.
• Location is a financial institution
• Must be able to pass a secondary background check from financial institution
• Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Background
• Must be able to pass drug screen

Job Duties :

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be :

• Complete safety audits and conduct safety training.
• Responsible for all aspects of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and mentor employees to develop the next generation of leaders.
• Assigns tasks to associates and inspects completed work to ensure company standards are met.
• Resolves employee problems or will refer matters to Operations Manager.
• Investigate customer complaints, place customer complaint follow-up call, document findings and communicate a recommended action plan to the Operations Manager.
• Assist in the start-up of new accounts and provide information to management. Meet the customer
• Responsible for checking timekeeping system to verify employee are or have been at job sites.
• Conducts building inspections to maintain a quality level that meets the customer's and the company's standards.
• Follow and enforce all company policies.
• Review and help in management of budgets / staffing levels for all buildings within the realm of possibility.
