Procter & Gamble has an organization based in Boston, Massachusetts fully dedicated to managing our business with the BJ's Wholesale Club.

P&G is one of BJ's largest vendors and a key strategic partner for our business. We are looking for individuals ready to tackle a dynamic and high-velocity team on a tried and true business.

This role is entrusted with sensitive information and must establish a high level of trust with internal and external partners.

This role is based at the Procter & Gamble Customer Business Center in Boston, MA.

As a Sales Category Administrator you will support the execution of business plans by inputting, maintaining, and reporting trade fund data with a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate should be well-versed in technical office tools and software applications enabling the business by proactively managing projects, managing the calendar for the Team Leader, and enabling other team members to do their jobs.

Your work will facilitate efficient implementation of programs to set up P&G brands to disproportionately win.

Job Qualifications

We believe you will be an excellent fit if you meet the following requirements :

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Experience with Calendar Management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work Independently
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
