About the Role :

What You'll Do :

• Generateandreviewreportsusingaggregatedatafrommultiplesourcestoassistincreatingacomplete evaluation, improvement, or recommendation.
• Reviewtheaccuracyofinformationprovidedandrespondtoescalatedrequestsfrommanagementandvendors.
• Understandandworkwithadvancedscenarioplanningtoolsandmodels.Investigatenewtrendsingeneral business conditions.
• Identifyopportunitiesforlargeimprovementsamongtheclientsandcompany.
• Workwithpersonnelfromotherdepartmentsandinformationtechnologygroupstofacilitatesuccessfulprojectimplementations.
• Reviewthemaintenanceandreportingofbenchmarksandperformancemetrics.
• Actassubjectmatterexpertforkeysystemsandprocessesandday-to-dayfunctions.
• Applygeneralknowledgeofstandardprinciplesandtechniques / procedurestoaccomplishassignedtasksand solve routine problems.
• Haveabroadknowledgeofownjobdisciplineandsomeknowledgeofseveraljobdisciplineswithinthefunction.
• LeadbyexampleandmodelbehaviorsconsistentwithCBRERISEvalues.
• Impactthequalityofownworkandtheworkofothersontheteam.
• Workprimarilywithinstandardizedproceduresandpracticestoachieveobjectivesandmeetdeadlines.
• Explaincomplexinformationtoothersinstraightforwardsituations.
• Work with personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful project and process implementations.
• Review the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics , taking action where necessary to ensure quality and process adherence.

What You'll Need :

Familiarity with SharePoint Online is a plus.

Experience designing and building dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI .

Understanding of end-to-end process workflows .

Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Apps, PowerAutomate and others.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $ 90000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $ 106000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits : 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
