What You'll be Doing :
Working in various buildings.
Writing down daily inventory problems and resolving them
Conducting and reporting daily cart / trailer audit information
Working the shipping windows
What You Bring with You (Qualifications) :
Key responsibilities include :
Screen resumes and conduct phone screens of candidates
Schedule / coordinate onsite interviews and facilitate onsite candidate tours as needed.
Manage job requisitions and candidate applications within HR recruiting system
Manage job offers and pre-employment screening process,
Primary contact for pre-employment screening
Schedule new hires for orientation
Facilitate orientation sessions.
Manage communication with leaders and HR on all aspects of the hiring process.
Facilitate post-employment onboarding requirements (I-9 E-Verify, tax credit questionnaire etc).
Coordinate and attend internal / external hiring events as needed
Previous warehouse experience is preferred
Must be available to work overtime as required during holidays and heavy peak times
Ability and willingness to work in a temperature-controlled environment
Accuracy and detail-oriented
Microsoft Office experience, including Word and Excel
