As Software Developer , you'll be involved in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, designing and maintaining scalable .

NET applications, and leading the software development lifecycle. You'll also mentor junior developers while staying updated on industry trends to continuously enhance our processes.

What you’ll do :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

What you’ll need to succeed :

• Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years' experience in IT and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using C# programming language.
• 5+ years of experience in web development using Microsoft technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in developing custom applications and integrations using .

Net standard, .Net core frameworks, C#, MVC, Web API, aspx Web forms, and REST API.

• 5+ years of experience in handling Microsoft SQL server databases using ADO.net, Entity Framework, and writing efficient and complex SQL queries.
• 5+ years of experience in designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
• Experience configuring and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.
• Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
• Proven experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
• Experience with Agile development processes is preferred.
