Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Participate in client engagements from the beginning to completion - including planning, executing, and completing tax projects
• Review returns for partnership, corporate and foreign tax clients, including federal, foreign, state and local tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, and Federal and State tax audits
• Tax research, consultation and preparation of client memorandum
• Develop ideas to assist clients with operational and control opportunities
• Work to develop relationships with clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities

The qualifications.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years recent experience in public accounting
• CPA or Bar License Required
• Strong technical skills specifically with public accounting with a focus in taxes for private equity companies, partnerships, and / or LLCs
• This position may require some local and national travel (note : currently no firm travel)
